Airport

The closest airport is just 12 miles away in Salmon, Idaho for small planes.

The closest major airport would be Boise at 250 miles or Spokane at 175 miles.

Climate

The climate at the lake is beautiful.  The winters are mild with only a couple of feet of snow at most.  The lake freezes over well enough to do ice fishing.

The summers are spectacular with tempratures mostly in the 70 and 80's during the day with beautiful cool nights.

You really have to see this with your own eyes to believe how beautiful it is.

Please feel free to contact me with any other questions that you may have.

Neighbors

The neighbors are wonderful.  Most everyone is retired, very sweet and helpful.

Furniture Included

Several beds, tables, chairs and couches.

Water System

We have a state-of-the-art spring well water system that provides an abundant clean water to all of the homes.  This system has been buried deep so there is year around water.

Fire Department

We have a volunteer fire department with a pumper truck and a pumper boat.  There are fire hoses and special hookups stationed around the lake.  As a result of this, homeowners insurance is available and is not expensive.

Sports

Jet skis, ski boats, fisherman are all welcome.  The fishing is VERY good!

Because the lake sits down in a mountain basin there is tremendous glassy water skiing all day.  As far as I know there are not size limitations.

No Dock Fees

There are no dock fees.

Electrical Service

Our electrical service is from Idaho Power.

Phone Service

Our phone service for the house is Century Telephone.

Homeowners Association

Homeowners association dues are $100 per year and are voluntary.  The homeowners association pays for trash bins May thru October.  This is a great convenience.

The association also does some raod grading and weed abatement.  The dues may be going up.  The last meeting was on July 1, 2006.

Property Taxes

My property taxes are about $3,000 per year.  I am not sure what your taxes would be.
